Childish lie, shameless lie.
“The company” had issued my “work certificate”, which says I am good employee. However, “The lawyer” wanted to claim that I am incompetent, so he claimed the work certificate was issued without ANY verification of ITS contents.
- After having no valid argument to justify the termination of contract, “The company” claims that I was incompetent for the job.
- I have served the company for over 10 years, with 5 different terms and condition.
- As an external consultant, I conducted a project for “the company” (2006), the result was good and
- I became an employee with better conditions, and I served more than 6years till 2013.
- Meanwhile negotiating the terms in detail to become 3rd party outsourcing basis service provider to “the company”, during this period I performed exactly the same duties as the employee before but without any contract just under the “technical advisor” title for 7 months, and then.
- the 1st contract till end of 2014.
- The new 2nd contract started in 2015 for a 3year terms but was unilaterally forced to be terminated in April 2016.
I served for 10 years with 5 different contractual agreements, logically it is expected that during this period if “the company” was not happy with my service, they had chance to stop. However, this was never the case as the contracts were continuously renewed. There were IT Managers who worked as my supervisor during this period, none of them raised any type of technical competency issue during my service, and I have never been criticized on my technical performance both verbally or written till the moment I got terminated. “IT manager” appears in this presentation were invited in the court as witness on behalf of “the company” by the choice of “the lawyer”.
