Contradicts his own words, and tell a lie against the whole world.
- His own words VS His own words: the lawyer contradicts his own allegations. He tell a lie whenever it is necessary.
- His own Allegation VS His own proof : the lawyer contradicts his allegation against his own proof. The proof tells completely opposite to his allegation.
- His own claim VS Whole world : he only claims against ocean of other proofs.
My gut feeling tells me clearly that it is not any of “the company” employees including CFO, CEO who could dare make this statement, “excellent health” financial status and “the group” does not exist.
This is not a simple passive lie, but it is very active, deliberate, shameless lie that someone who has a consistent habit of lying all the time only can do.
Furthermore, this lie is toward the court, implying absolutely no respect for the judge, the court, and lastly the law of Switzerland.
